Town Hall Meeting on Canada’s Retirement Income System

The Canadian Labour Congress will be hosting and Event Room for union leadership, activists and community partners to gather prior to the meeting
in Minoru Room “C” from 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm. 

Light refreshments will be available.

Public transportation to the Sheraton Airport Hotel is an easy option as it is about a six minute walk from the Canada Line’s Brighouse Station.

CLC National Pension Canvass

The CLC will be conducting a National Pension Canvass from April 26 – May 16, 2010. The CLC Pension Canvass Organizers are looking for an opportunity to speak and make presentations to union members at Executive Board and Membership meetings. They will be asking for union members to participate by writing letters and faxes to local MLAs and/or participating in MLA meetings to discuss the CLC’s Pension Reform Plan.
